Overhead and Wall Mounted Humidifiers

The client had developed a patented method for producing a non wetting, atomized water mist using a high speed spinning metal disk. This method of atomization is ideally suited for humidity control because it eliminates water storage within the device and therefore reduces the risk of Legionnaire’s Disease which is commonly associated with humidity control devices.

We added several additional innovations including a common, replaceable filter cartridge and a directional outlet nozzle. Both enclosures were designed for manufacture as match moulded GRP body parts and both units went into full production for several years.
