We are delighted to announce a very successful night for Hillside at the Exeter Business Awards last Friday. We joined more than 200 businesses from across the city and beyond to celebrate the very best of enterprise and innovation at the ceremony, held at The Great Hall at the University of Exeter.
Having been shortlisted in two award categories, we were delighted to win the Excellence in Customer Service award. Customer care is at the core of everything we do - our mission is for our clients to achieve business success with innovative product design, made possible by flexible, open and collaborative relationships. It’s a real pleasure to receive recognition for this in the shape of this very prestigious award.
Marketing Manager Holly Hollis attended the evening with Senior Project Designer Greg Carlson. She says “we were so excited to be shortlisted in the customer service and best tech company categories and to win an award on the night makes all our hard work worth while. What stood out for us is how many fantastic SMEs there are in the Exeter hub doing new and innovative things. There are some really exciting things going on here in Devon”.
Company Director Chris Howsam is especially pleased to receive the award for Excellence in Customer Service as client relationships has always been a crucial part of the business for him. "We know our customers feel assured of our professionalism, our honesty and our commitment to their success when they are looking for creative product design. This is why we know we stand out from the crowd when it comes to our customers and the service we offer. We’re delighted to see this has been recognised by the judges and to receive this fantastic award. It’s taken a lot of hard work from the whole team to get to here”.
