Our Hillside Design Office Dogs have always made up an important part of who we are, and they really are part of the team. So it’s with great sadness that we have to announce the loss of Gizmo, our beautiful collie. Always to be found on one of the many dog beds around our office, 15 year old Gizmo liked to chill out but make sure he was still close to the bustling activity of daily office life.
There’s lots of research to suggest that dogs in the workplace reduce stress and nurture productivity and we agree with all that. Gizmo made us laugh, was always able to raise a smile and he never got tired of showing you how much he appreciated you with a friendly wag of the tail.
You could rely on Gizmo to give you oodles of cheerful attention regardless of what else was going on in your life and especially if you were having a difficult day. He gave everyone his unconditional love and that couldn’t help but make everyone feel special.
He will be greatly missed by us all.
