Rebar Clips

The client is a manufacturer and supplier of concrete reinforcement solutions. They had a requirement to develop a fast and secure method of suspending headed dowels from lengths of ‘rebar ‘during concrete pouring. 

The concept is a range of different sizes of metal clips that snap fit to the top of a headed dowel and then snap clips to two rebar tramlines. Hillside Product Design developed the concept from an initial sketch stage to production requiring several stages of prototype and comprehensive on site testing to perfect.
