Assembly Jig

The client is a well-known UK designer and manufacturer of lightweight exhibition systems. They required a jig system that would facilitate the quick and easy assembly of one of their products. 

This would increase the productivity of the assembly line. The jig holds the components firmly in the desired orientation whilst the operator installs a fastener with a power tool. A lever allows the operator to quickly release and clamp items. The parts were made at a local machine shop.
