Retrofitted Internal Partition for a Battery Case

The client is a long established manufacturer of electric fencing products. Hillside Design was commissioned to upgrade an existing leisure battery case with a retrofitted internal partition complete with PCB. This would enable a greater capacity battery to be used and this new battery was to be retrofitted with custom lifting loops attached so that it could be easily swapped in-situ. The parts were prototyped as SLS parts before being manufactured from 3D CAD data and 2D control drawings with full support for the toolmakers up to signing off.
