FurGrip Pads

The brief for this project came from a company who sells pet hair remover pads. 

The pads are used by being put into a wash with garments. 

The specially formulated material causes hair to stick on the pads from the laundry and pushed into the drain during the wash cycle 

The original product range was ready to be expanded and this opportunity was used to refresh the range into an animal themed family.

Hillside Design was commissioned to prepare a range of concept designs for a family of animal characters and to develop these and provide 3D printed parts in various colours for marketing feedback. By using online meetings and implementing real time share screen adjustments of the designs with the client we quickly arrived at a set of three FurGrip pads.  The final designs were finalised as tool ready 3D CAD data and supplied to the clients manufacturing partner.
