Concert Beach Ball

This product is a beachball used at concerts and festivals as part of the visual show. The beachballs incorporate LEDs that light it up and make them glow. The colour and flash pattern can be changed using a hand held remote controller.

The beachball needed to contain the LED module in a way that would allow the light to spread outwards from the centre. A tube running through the centre of the ball was devised to allow the LED module to be retained in the centre of the ball as the air pressure in the ball collapsed the tube around it.
