Window Cleaning System

Hillside Product Design were commissioned to design the end attachments to a telescopic, tubular, long-reach window-cleaning system. This included designing various extensions, adjustable angle heads and taper screw fittings to suit proprietary attachments such as wipers, brushes, mops and wetting heads.  

Several parts were prototyped to ensure compatibility with other parts and to confirm the reach of various extensions. Parts were manufactured directly from CAD data and control drawings with full support for the toolmakers up to signing off.
